Where Heights Meet Flavor

Escalera — Spanish for "staircase" — is more than a name. It speaks to the journey of ascending above the everyday, arriving at a place where the view expands and the world below grows quiet. Perched in the hills of Binangonan, Rizal, Escalera Café was built around one breathtaking panorama: Manila's city lights, Laguna de Bay, distant mountain ranges, and skies that shift from gold to violet to black.

What began as a destination for the view became a destination for the food. The kitchen draws from Filipino heritage — rich bistek sauces, golden buttermilk-fried chicken — and elevates each dish with modern intention and careful craft.

Then came the renovation. Escalera Version 2.0 brought refreshed interiors, upgraded spaces, and a renewed commitment to hospitality — more intimate, more elevated, and ready to create new experiences for every guest.
